Return and Refund Policy
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please use our contact form with your order number and reason for return. Return instructions will be provided if the return is approved.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part.
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or alternative resolution.
Lost or Delayed Orders
Orders that are delayed, lost, or damaged in transit may be eligible for a replacement or refund in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control do not automatically qualify for a refund.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information may not be eligible for a refund.
